    Double room in 3 bedroom house available from next week for the college year. Sharing house with 2 guys.
    Cable TV, dishwasher, clothes dryer, back garden, close to WIT and Superquinn. Rent €240 per person per month. Deposit of €250.

    Single room also available in the same house. Rent is €260 per month. Available immediately.

    just an observation... but shouldnt the double room be more expensive than a single room...????
