Anyways, myself and a friend came across the site in one of my m8's emails. He was gonna fill it in and chickened out so I did it, I loved his answers he put in the form . I mean, sounds like a laugh.

SO, for those of you who knew (or now know) what Lapdance Island is I just got an email from them (the content is just below). There is a chance that it is fake but i fit is how the hell did they get my email??

Dear Lapdance Island applicant

I would like to apologise unreservedly to the tens of thousands of men who recently applied online to take part in E4's new reality show Lapdance Island at http://www.channel4.com/lapdanceisland

The show promised to take ten hot blooded male contestants to a deserted tropical island and have forty lapdancers gyrate around them 24 hours a day.

The truth is there are no lapdancers. There is no island. There is no show.

We made it up to promote The Pilot Show, a genuine series starting on September 8 at 10.30pm on E4. The Pilot Show hilariously dupes unsuspecting celebrities and members of the public into appearing in bogus TV shows.

Sorry about the lapdancers but, as compensation, you can laugh as other people get taken for a ride on The Pilot Show by watching the special preview clips at http://www.channel4.com/pilotshow.

Don't think the email is fake. i saw an ad for the Pilot show last night saying pretty much the same thing as in that email.

I think it was in the Sun, basically it's for a new show called "The Pilot Show" which is a kind of candid-camera show. If they liked your application, they invited you in for an interview where you had to answer questions while some girl gave you a lapdance and you were secretly taped.

definitely a fake .

saw advertisement on E4 ( during the break for bo selecta) with the same speel and then footage of a guy who used to be in eastenders ( robbie ) and then an interview of a guy being interviewed as 2 lapdancers are gyrating in his face .

*** . it looked crap
