Bare with me on this one....

About 3 years ago there was a film on RTE.
It was a pi$$-take on black and white 40's-50's-60's SCI FI films.
It had a human and 2 aliens with voiceovers in the front row of a cinema.

I ripped out the listing of the film from the RTE guide at the time and subsequentially lost the piece of paper.

I THINK it was called Science Fiction 3000 or something?!?!

I'd love to see it again.
    Any help is greatly appreciated,
    James.

Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie?

There were three straight to video sequels and a series (the videos may have been compilations of the series (dunno tbh) but I suspect it's the movie you saw.

It was on UTV there a few weeks back. Great stuff.

I know all the fans say the show was ten times better than the movie that was released in cinemas but to be honest I preferred the movie (although I've only seen about 2 episodes of the actual show).

ya i liked it too, but i have to say the funniest bit about it was the credits at the end. Thats not an insult to the film just the reading of the credits had me in stitches for some reason.
