    What, in your considered opinions, ladies and gentlemen, are the best web-page development progs for linux. Preferably with flash capabilities, and slideshow functions.

    Unless I'm sadly mistaken there aren't any with Flash support.

    Rats! Mac OSX has a macromedia studio but not Linux? Ah well, that stuff is overrated ;)
    Leaving aside flash etc, what would anyone recommend ?

    I've used Quanta in the past and found it useful, if that is any help to you. I was writing mostly php stuff.

    There is a few threads about this on www.linux.ie, they might be able to give you more ideas.
