basically i modded a guy's japanese xbox and the lazer was already struggling beforehand and now the pal games have made it progressively worse so he is after a new drive..

forums on www.xbox-scene.com are usually a pretty good place to get stuff like that - you might want to try the pots tweak on the drive it's in the tutorials section of the site
