Network problem please help

I got UTV adsl a few weeks ago, but im running more then one computer so i ended up getting a router/modem from mentor. I set up the ips for the computers the default gateway IP and dns ips etc..., for the network card but i'm having a problem. My dads computer seems to work fine in internet explorer but me on the other…

My dads computer seems to work fine in internet explorer but me on the other hand its very very very very slow, i'm downloading at 700 "bytes" lol. I don't know what the problem is, the thrird computer seems to work fine too, im on windows XP pro.
By the way if i put the Zyxel modem from UTV back on my computer IE works perfectly fine. I also realised that myy ping with router or the modem from utv is the same and doesnt affect it.

R all the PC's running XP? If they are then u could just run the Home Network Wizard on all the PC's, I did that for my laptop and PC and speeds are fantastico!
