could be possibly two bills in one. Did you get a bill in July?

You should ring them but its seems to be a bill for July and Aug.

Did you order any box office events or have any left in box if you kept the box?

The box could have rang home and told them all the movies etc you watched.

    Only guessing.

Get on to scotland to check it out.

They bill you one month in advance. By the time they get around to billing you for the first time though, you've already been watching it for the guts of a month. Hence they need to bill you for that time too. Doesn't it mention a billing period on the bill?
