A guy in work was asking me if I knew.

The program had Bonnie Tyler's "I need a hero" as the theme tune.
And the lead actor died in the making so it was then scraped.
Think he said it was an 80's american show.

I know it's vague but he has been annoying everyone asking them and nobody knows!!!

    Cover Up!

I used to love this show. The lead actor did indeed die on the set of the series due to an "accidental shooting with a prop gun".

That was so sad at the time.

What happened is that he fired a blank at his temple thinking he'd be ok. He actually said before he fired it Let's see if I get myself with this one."

The blank firing was enough to kill him though.

Really sad and a great show at the time.

Yeah this is a show that stuck in my head for years and years until I worked out what it was called. God knows why, it was supposed to be rubbish.
