    Yes! doing 'business' with Dublin landlords is quite a task! I moved to Dublin from Liverpool 4 months ago and since have had to deal with two landlords who seem to be more obsessed about mantaining a high turnover of tennants than keeping the one's theve got. If your a new tennant, they see it as if there doing you a favour when they give you the keys to the property and take a wad of cash from ya pocket!! The only way to deal with them is by hounding them night and day so the first thing that pops into their mind everytime they wake up is your name. Don't let them leave until they give you a straight answer!!!
