not sure about the sweating, maybe diet related.

I have had problems with my skin where I would get incredible itchy all over my skin and it would be unbearable unless I scratched it (which would be quite embrassing if I was in a public place)

It happens to me when I go from a cold place (eg outside) into a very warm room. I still not sure why it happens, but I think it is caused by dry skin.

You should try a moisterising cream on your body after you shower.

Go to the doctor, feeling warmer or colder than you are is a symptom of some serious illnesses. Better safe than sorry etc. :)

Try Bathing in cold water & Baking Soda - WARNING: I Don't know what the hell it does but it gets rid of all itches. I only know about this because when i was younger I got something similar, but to the point where I was crying with the Itch. My Grandmother advised my Ma to get me to do the above and it worked.

You haven't started the Atkins' Diet lately by any chance have you? Apparently this has been reported as a side effect for the first couple of weeks of the diet by some people?!!?

I would say it is something to do with the sweat because at work I have to wear a boiler suit in severe heat and the sweat from the work left me with a rash on both forearms. It usually goes away after two days. Basically it is due to your sweat airing on your skin.

The best way to deal with it is to use Talcum (sp) powder in the worst affected areas.
