Webcam with own IP address

    Can anyone help? I'm sure this technology is out there but I can't source it.

    I want a webcam which can be located remotely (with just a power supply) and send a wireless signal to a PC located a good distance away.

    I then want that PC to relay pictures to a website, with the webpage reading the PC's IP address. I have this end sorted. Sourcing the camera is the problem.
