ive no idea where this goes so here'll do - im ordering a coat from america, but they have all the numbers instead of s,m,l,xl etc..so here's the problem: im looking for in between medium and large...anyone know what that number would be roughly?

send them an email asking for the measurments in cm or whatever, american sizing is hokey at the best of times and varies from make to make

Hmmmmm...... what type of numbers does this coat have ? If it is aprox .... 36 - 44.... whatever , then that is the number in inches around your chest . Most mens sizes either run that way or run in the S, M , L, XL ... ect ect ect .

The one thing I've noticed in womens clothing is that if the sizing is 8 in the US then it is 10 in the UK . Not sure how this goes in mens.

The best bet would be to do as Nuvolari suggest and email them for measurement though :)
