Proxy spectating for NI

Is there going to be a spec proxy up for the games, seeing as they are held in an internet cafe. Maybe a UL lad could connect yo a proxy there then we could all connect to UL so as not to use up the cafe's bandwidth. If there isnt going to be a proxy when and where will demos be posted to?
