http://www.grisoft.com/ - use this myself - best in my opinion, i reckon it's even better than the ones you can buy!

I definately agree with duke dredd about AVG, I updated norton and it missed 3 trojans I got AVG and it got rid of them.
I think I'll buy it now my 30 days are up.
