    i have ordered, 7 dvds and 6 cd's from cd wow over the last few weeks and all i received was 2 cd's and a refund for a dvd, but now i have to tell cdwow that i have not received6 dvds and the other 4 cd's are a bit late, am i over reacting? should i ring an post? im more pissed off that wont get the dvd's i ordered than anything else. i ordered from the honk kong site but its just the same as the irish one isn't it. a friend ordered 7 items on thursdsay 7 august and received them on the 12. please advise me.

    When you order stuff from CD-Wow they usually give you a reference number so you can track the progress of this order.

    see if you can find out where your order is by entering your reference numbers into the website or else email them quoting the reference numbers.

    Were they all sent? Sometimes they dont have stuff in stock, but there's noway to tell.
    They send an e-mail when an item is dispatched.
    Exactly how long ago were they sent out? They are nice to deal with and if you have a problem they will try their best to sort it out whether that be a refund or a replacement.
    Send them an e-mail if it's been more than 2 weeks, otherwise I suggest you wait.
    I dunno about contacting An Post, if you tell them you are waiting on that amount of stuff you may get done on import duty.

    you can check the status of the orders on their site. keep an eye out for 'dispached'

    if the status is "dispached" and its been over 10 working days, email them with the ref no and tell them you still havent got it.

    The same happened me with an order, they were very prompt in replying and apologised and asked me to wait for another 4 days and to get back to them if it didnt arrive. It didnt so i got back onto them and they sent a new one which arrived after about 6 working days.
    Was a bit peeved it took so long to get it but was happy with the reposne from the customer support.
