    I heard that they charge 10% of your salary, when you get the job. This is charged to the company of course.

    Depends on the type of position your going for..

    Standard joe soap role, about 10% or your first years salary...

    If you going for a middle to upper management role then its usually something along the lines of up to 25% of your first years salary and like Dampsquid said, the company pays not you..

    around 20% for the first 2 years is normally the norm.

    hence why people think they get a raise after 2 years
