"technical Faults" in receiving BBC R2 and R4 fm

Does anybody know why BBC Radio and Radio 4 FM as well as BBC digital TV are off the air on the skybox at the moment? FOr the last week or so I ahve been getting either "their is a tecnical fault , please try later" or "no sattelite signal being received". Is this sky's "problem" or the Beeb's?
