We have been using Selfpromotion.com for the last couple of years. If you make a nominal donation (eg. $10 or more) you get access to the auto-resubmit tools and a lot more.

If your site is already listed on the search engines, there is no need to resubmit.

You are better off spending your time optimisng your web pages.

Whats your URL and ill give you some advice.
