Picture and sound problems

Since yesterday, the picture on Sky digital keeps freezing or breaking up and the sound keeps chopping. It's happening about 80% of the time. Does this mean that the dish is out of alignment? Do I have to get on to SKY to check this and if I do will it cost me the earth to have Sky send someone out to have a look at it?

Try your digibox in someone's elses house or visa versa. Then you'll see whats the fault. If its the box ring $ky and tell them you want to cancel if they say why tell them the box is bust, they usually sort it out!!!! FOC.
