Tuning in radio stations on Sky Digital?

Hey guys i did that thing of putting the sky card in upside down and i could get radio 1 and loads of radio stations. Is it possible to tune in radio 1 so i would not have to take the card out and put it in upside down every time i wanna listen to the station? if possible does anyone know the frequency or whatever i need…

Hey guys

it says no signal found when i try to install bbc radio 1 ?????//

has any1 had this prob?
