    Both are cracking runs, and to be honest I didn't think Cathal was capable of such blistering times on the track, thought he was only able to run in 6 foot of mood.

    The two of them are an inspiration to hard honest work.

    brilliant running from cathal. that performance will encourage all young irish distance runners. he's been improving all season so how about a national title this weekend and then going even faster in paris!
