Getting rid of unused channels?

In Ireland when you turn the viewing card around a get the BBC channels on 101/102 I also get the other channels on EPG but i didn't used too, so I was wondering how to get rid of them. I turned my box off for about 30 mins and turned on put they were still there. How do I get rid of them?

You cannot customise the EPG, all channels and their EPG placements stay.
