SkyUser is right. E4 Interactive is now available in Ireland sort of, here's how.

Power up the box with the card turned upside down.
Go to E4, ch 205.
Insert your Irish card properly.
Wait for E4 to appear and the red button in the corner.
Press red and you now have E4 Interactive.

It doesn't work properly though, causing the receiver to freeze sometimes.
