    Is there any way to limit the download/upload bandwith directly from Windows 2000 Pro SP2 ?

    DSL through a D-Link 504 router.

    Actually, if we could just limit the bandwidth coming from a particular IP. Or at least the QoS working. Don't know if the 504 supports, probbaly doesn't. piece of piss router.
