GPRS and the p800

    just a quick question

    i've just downloaded the opera.sis from www.sonyericsson.com/downloads/Opera.sis

    the file is 855kb

    it took about 1min40secs over gprs

    doesn't that seem very fast?

    Of the top of my head, thats impossible. What network are you on and all the muck?

    our own internal gprs network (no highspeed turning)

    p800 and opera browser

    this is telling me 5KB/sec

    Does meteor offer GPRS for the P800...actually what does Meteor offer at all really?

    That would be around the correct figure.. Anything above 5 kb/sec is a freak in my experience. Lucky you.
