    Yes - the problem manifests when traffic flows through a particular
    router in UUnet. I've talked to UUnet, and they are looking into it
    again, now that we've narrowed it down to a specific router. Not
    all UK sites are affected by this, only sites reached via this troublesome
    router (which they use to interconnect to Ebone).

    Hopefully we can resolve this now in a day or two. I'll keep you updated.
