    Who is your isp with the bb?
    did you sign a 1 year contract?
    Some of those d/l meters can b inaccrate at times.. have you tried a tracert and a bigish ping packet to the hosts aswell?
    if you arne't happy with the service you should be able to cancel

    My ISP is the most unpopular one around right now. Its IOL 512/128 residential. Im a bit worried about the whole direct debit thing. I know Download things can be inaccurate but thats how it is...some times i cudnt get to web pages. I am much more consistent on my dial up. In fact, i had to use dial up to upload my pics on 33.8kbps at 4/5kbps rather than nothing at all on BB.

    Bit of a joke...I want to get out and go to netsource instead.

    Oh ye, it has the 12 month contract. Im on the dun laoighre exchange. Its perfectly fast during the day. from 7-8 on...its a nightmare.
