Malahide DSL?

    OK - so I've been through the ringer with eircon telling me my line is failing DSL tests (although they cannot tell me which criteria it is failing on, let alone what criteria they are testing). The faults crew confirm my line is perfect, no static, no issues, no split carrier.

    So - I'm left with no where to go on this one, other than to check if anyone else in my area (Malahide) has managed to get connected to ANY DSL provider (e.g. eircon, esat, netsource, UTV etc.)

    If so - could you possibly post your location (which estate in Malahide) and which exchange you believe you are connected to? Also details of who you are connected through would be useful. Thanks in advance.

    ps - The reason I'm asking for this info is to see if I'm close enough to an exchange (or at least as close as other people in my area) - to rule that distance criteria out of the equation.

    I know of someone on the swords road in Malahide who got connected to eircom back in May with no problems.

    Just got my line checked the other day and it came out grand, im in seabury. iirc fisty has dsl in seabury as well
