Someone offered me a ticket last week so decided to take it up, looking to be a fantastic lineup from the looks of things. 3 days of pure bliss :D

only took 1 day off to recover and fly home, very much doubt this will be enough...

just wondering if anyone else is heading over? Been to other festivals but never reading, is it good yeh? gonna be camping there from thursday --> monday. Just wanted others opinions :)

I was gonna go this year but the bloody tickets sold out the day before I went for mine :|

Was over there two years ago. We went train to rosslare, boat to fishgaurd, train to Reading. That took 27 hours........Walkin from the campsite to the venue took about 25 minutes and to get any decent food you gotta walk on into town which is about another 30 minutes. There's a shop called the pound shop or somethin which has EVERYTHING for a pound. No alcomohol, but you can stay alive for the weekend spending about 20 squids :D. The best idead is taking a bike. Thats not gonna happen on a plane but I remember not being able to walk any further on the way outta the place and this guy zoming by on a bike:ninja:

Great weekend though and well worth the travel across.
    Have fun :)

getting plane to london and mate is pickin me up, should only take 4-5 hours i imagine :D

hmm 30 mins walk to get some decent food, may have to think about taking some stuff over with me if thats the case..

no doubt ill be drunk walking to/from the campsite anyway so that 25 minutes will always feel like nowt, T in the park campsite was about 15 minutes walk and that always felt like a few mins anyway, same with witnness i suppose

Im heading over to Leeds, cant wait, only 11 days to go!

More tickets for leeds went on sale there about a week ago but I think they are gone now.

We're goin on a Bus Eireann but that drives to the boat station, goes over on the boat and then drives to leeds which is really handy.
