    Im quite keen on getting a tattoo, and am almost certain of what I want (a kind of tribal design from the bottom of my neck to my elbow), but Im just not 100% certain yet.

    Im gonna get a henna first to make sure it looks as good as i think it will, as it may look rediculous on my lovely pale skin, but I was wondering if anyone here has a tattoo that they really regret getting. I know you can get it removed, but I heard the scarring left afterwards is even worse than a bad tattoo.

    p.s. If i dont go for tribal, itll have to be a Starland Vocal Band tattoo instead.....:D

    hey i got my tat 2 years ago and i still love it, tis only a small one on my upper arm (gecko) .

    as long as its the right design youll like it, just take your time when picking it out and dont just pick one out when u get in there cos you feel under pressure to get SOMETHIGN done.

    what pisses me off though is when old ppl say to me "youll regreat that when ur 40" wtf its on my arm hardly anyone sees it anyway.

    Got mine done about a year ago. I two chineese symbols on my back. I had the same problem, I was thinking that I might regret it. Therefore, I put it in a place where I need a mirror to see it, so it wouldn't annoy me :)

    Now I think that it was good. I like having the tatoo, but I don't know if I would have liked it if I could see it all the time.

    I'll probably get one more on my back later on.

    None whatsoever - took my time deciding on them though - 2 years from when I had the idea to when I had the job done for the first and 4 for the second (OK, most of that was laziness too, but the point stands).

    Don't rush into it whatever you do! Then you will regret it.

    I have ten all together most of which where done back in my skinhead days,I dont regret any of them because they are part of who I am.

    Kharn is right, dont rush into it,probably best to get some small design first to so how it sits with you.

    I'm actually thinking of getting one more on my left arm which will say... Darkside ... some free advertising for Mr BioHazRd..sure what the hell you only live once ;)
