New Speed/Red light Jumpers Cam

In Donnybrook. Either they just installed it or they were working on it and I just never noticed before. Anyone know if this is a speed cam or there to catch 'amber-gamblers'? (it is about 20 yards before the lights, just before Donneybrook bus garage, facing into town)

sounds like it - there is one which has been there for a while at the traffic lights inbound on the N4 at the junction of the South Circular.
