Any recommendations for where online to buy console games (specifically PS2).
I know about about play.com, but what others are there?

www.gameplay.com (Similar prices to play.com but charge for shipping)

www.cdwow.ie (Excellent prices but fairly small selection)

For even cheaper prices on cdwow go to www.cd-wow.com.hk where all prices will be in hong kong dollers and will work out considerably cheaper in the conversion to Euro.

Is there any regional issue similar to DVD for console games (more specifically for GameCube or Game Boy Advance)?

There are regional issues for console games primarily split into North America, Europe and Japan. However, for the Gamecube you can get a Freeloader disc which fools the GC into playing discs from any region...

Yes there are regional coding on console games (apart from GBA which has none).

However, if your question is in relation to the Hong Kong CDWow, they sell PAL games which will work with no issues here.
