even if they turn revolutions into some kind of episode1 kiddy flick ittl still be my favourite.

the original star wars is probably the best trilogy... the new trilogy will never be good solely because of the poorness of episode I...

lethal weapon (not exactly a trilogy seeing there was 4 movies) was a good set of harmless action and fun movies

you cant beat the terminator films though... havent seen the 3rd one yet.. mate has it downloaded... he said it is just as good as term 2... heres hoping...

The Godfather Trilogy, although Part 3 is quite bad in comparison to the first two.
Back to The Future aswell, but again Part 3 was lacking imo.

The Lethal Weapon movies were great, they should never have made Lethal Weapon 4. They're not a trilogy but let's forget LW4 was ever made.

Also the Godfather trilogy and Star Wars 4-6. All great!!

Without doubt it has to be the "Three Colours" trilogy.

Three Colours Blue, Three Colours White and Three Colours Red. The fact that the three colours of the French flag, which symbolise "liberty, egality, fraternite", are each separately used as the themes for the films show the scale of the trilogy. Trying to encompase France/French in 3 films. And all the leading ladies are hotties.....


Godfather lost it with number 3.

Matrix has accounted for only 1 "good" film. How can that be considered the best trilogy?

Lord of the rings? Thats another 2 parter trilogy so far.

Alien trilogy (lets forget ressurection) lost it with the Alien 3.

godfather without a doubt imo... part 3 wasnt great but it wasnt as bad as its made out to be... would have been good if only the director(?) hadnt cast his ugly daughter who couldn't act in such an big role.
