cannot link you to any of the websites offering bit torrent downloads though, against forum rules :(

You may have seen the kazaa lite thread, there’s lots of links to stuff there.

I've also downloaded all my OS updates, a few programs to make life easier, demos and mods from Blueyonder and 3dgamers.

If you like games download Wolfenstien: Enemy Territory which is a completely free game using the Q3 engine, plays like DOD :)

    If you've got half-life download...

    Natural Selection
    Counter-Strike
    Day of defeat
    The Specialists
    Sven Co-Op

    If you've got BF1942 download...

    Desert Combat
    Eve of Destruction

If you're willing to face execution by the RIAA or a stern look by INFACT (cue Bertie impression) you could download music and movies from kazaalite.

And last but not least there’s the pr0n, lots and lots of filthy evil pr0n :ninja:

In DC some rooms allow access depending on how much you're sharing.

I share in the region of 12gigs worth of files.

www.gamershell.com is good for demos/mods/movies/patches. They usually have something new everyday

On direct connect you have to share items before you can get anything.
Generally speaiking you may have to start a 5GB's worth before anyone will allow you to connect to a room.

Trust me, it builds up fairly fast. I can't download anymore I've run out of disk space, I dunno how the **** I've filled 120gb in a month.

Bite the bullet and delete the 100 gigs of ****e you dont need, admit it you will never require every single macromedia product.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 2,563 ✭✭✭Tazzle

    Haha, mostly music and movies.

Best thing to do is buy yourself a big cheap pack of a 100 black CDR's and a nice big CD wallet and do a lovely big backup session :-)

Better then deleteing that 100GB's :-P

I do it ever so often, you can buy nice big cheap CD wallets from http://www.blankdiscshop.co.uk/

Either that or buy yourself a nice new harddrive..

    ---
Downloading wise kazaalite is a good start maybe download some Linux ISO's or something?

you can download films from kazaa in about 40 mins!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 759 ✭✭✭El_MUERkO

Problem with that is you never get what you asked for cause some people find it fun to waste bandwidth by changing the names of files

If you're on a capped service I wouldn't touch Kazaa for movie files, 9 times outta 10 it's not what you wanted. Use reliable sites/services like Sharereactor.com.

    Slight exaggeration :)

Even at full speed, it'll take you a couple of hours
