    From an employer perspective :

A CV should be just that, education & job history etc.

leading with "Esat Telecom Young Scientist Competition" isnt going to get many people reading further with a view to employ, general interest perhaps.

Use a proper CV content and layout wise, each "job/education time" should have dates, name of place, and address, "title/course" and then details. any less is a non starter.

From a coding POV, you needs lenght of time and proficiency and application of it in each language specified (C++ 2 yrs experience developing desktop apps)

That said, you should tweak the focus of your CV for each company you apply to so it appears more relevant to them. (order of languages etc - what hobbies to leave in or out and so on.. (Most IT companies dont care that I have a food safety cert from when i worked in a hotel in wales for example ;p)

Just a few thoughts, which should help you in your quest for work.

This is a personal opinion, and not that of Aria.
