    Queston 1 ? You Cant do a test on a moped ?

Question 2? Therefore you Cant u get a full licence if u have only ever had a moped ??

    Last & least Question 3 ?

does that mean that every1 driving a moped with a passenger is breaking the law (with the tiny exception of a few people who have downgraded to a moped From a geared bike)

You can do a test on a moped

A class M licence is a full licence for mopeds.

But most are probably driving on provisionals and breaking the law.

You're also fully qualified for a moped if you have a full class A/A1 or class B licence.
