Available Here .....finally. Would the Eircom muppets put it on their website for convenience ?

Seamus took it from an ad in todays Irish Times and it includes all upgrades to END 2003. Most pending exchanges are sizeable towns around Dublin ...mainly in Kildare. No further upgrades in the BMW region bar Cavan and Longford I see.

The Galway list is Athenry Shantalla(City) Mervue(City) GPO(City) Ballinasloe and Tuam. I think that Knocknacarra is not fully covered and wont be (09159) numbers'. Loughrea and Gort aren't either.

The less said of the ad itself the better. They are bull****ting about this phase of RADSL upgrades being comparable to the bout of investment they undertook in the first half of the 1980's .

In the first half of the 1980's Eircom spend around 10% of annual GDP over about 5 years on their network. They will spend less than 1% of annual GDP on their network in the next five years........no comparison there is there :(
