Are you looking to learn classical guitar? If so, looking for a teacher is definately a good idea. Otherwise I recommend teaching yourself. But classical is a good place to start.

Lessons are definately a good idea. I never had any and I'm missing out on a load of theory.

If you're after theory, go to
    CARL T. ALFRED.
    He's based in Upper Rathmines.
    He's in the phonebook.
