Alternative to Musicmatch Jukebox

Hi I have been using musicmatch jukebox for about 2 years now. I find it fantastic. I have about 1000 songs so sorting them all out can be problems, but this has done it all for me so far. But What I want to know is what alternative there is out there? I am not talking about winamp and the likes I am looking for these…

Hi I have been using musicmatch jukebox for about 2 years now.
I find it fantastic.

I am not talking about winamp and the likes

I am looking for these features :
Music library, - hold all info like artist,album,genre etc
Playlist -
mp3 encoder/convertor

any suggestion?
