Flash Question - Resize

I have a cd from a tourist board. When inserted the flash exe id opened the size of the screen. However the actual animation can be resized by pressing the 800x600 or full screen button. I have looked on flashkit etc etc but i cant figure how to do this with my flash app. Anyone know how? Tnx
