Well, if you want to play on a LAN, you are nearly in the right place. There is a dedicated lan party board here, and it can be found at http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?forumid=100

You could also try Room101.org as this is an irish site dedicated to LAN parties. It would also do you no harm to visit Quake.ie either.
