ra3 server?

    Hey, ive been playing ra3 for a bit now, and im alright at the game, just want to know how to host an ra3 server for lan/online usage?

    Im on 512k and it will host a 1on1 server no problems, how do i do it?

    also, there seems to be a delay on the rail gun when i play online, even though i have a 19 ping to uk - any ideas how to fix that?
