After 8 years of smoking, I managed to quit the filthy things on my first even semi-serious attempt, which surprised the hell out of me because Im usually crap with things that require willpower and concentration. I didnt do it all by myself though - I had help from a most excellent gentleman - Mr. Allen Carr. Anyone out there who wants to quit should read his book "Allen Carrs Easyway to Stop Smoking".

    Feckin CLASS!!!!!
