Ah Nostalgia.... remember H-Man? Well there is new one out now on CNX. watched the first one last night.. interesting.. animation is nice but i have my doubts.. main thing is Adams voice... Eh... remember Turtles? I think its one of them doing it.. Either Raph or Don...

Yea, I saw that first epp too. Thought it was great tbh :) ahh.. the memories.

Adam's voice was a bit off maybe... but the whole thing seemed a good bit darker at times... definitely less camp throughout, which is good.

I read in the guardian that the original series was dreamt up to sell a load of otherwise unmarketable Conan style toys... needless to say, the toys are also back on the shelves.

i saw it today and had mixed feelings, like i have with every remake of a cartoon, the story and voices are less campy, the animation is much better, but thers somethingt about it. Its kinda the same with the new transformers cartoon, but its bad bits outweigh the good

I think the new episodes are great. A lot more serious. I believe it was made for people who used to watch it when they were kids. Thats why it seems a lot more mature than the first one. The bad guys aren't bumbling idiots, and the stories aren't as childish.
    Sweeeeet.

    www.he-man.org is a good site.

in the original series they were not advanced , it was set in the past , in the second series and in the film it was in the future and i think some of it was even in space for the second series....

They WERE advanced. Remember? They had flying craft and vehicles. Man-at-arms was always making electronic equipment too.

I have all the original episodes.
