    okey dokey

heres a serious q2 question for a change. i was reading the quake.ie news page tonite and eddie says hes upgrading/upgraded? the servers to point realese 3.20.

is this true? which servers are they? do we HAVE to d/l 3.20 coz everyone else seems to to be running 3.19 i think. an im not going to reload point release versions every time i want to change server.

also, d/l the new ctf maps..... they are , er different! is there anywhere we can d/l some new strange and wackey maps and stick em on the servers coz im bored sick of the q2dm maps. id like the chance to actually be good at one of them for a change.

    and everybody was kung-fu fighting

    4:25am????

No, 3.20 is server only i think, but has some nice demo playing features. So you don't need it, i think, but i'm not sure, i'm on 3.20.

as for custom maps, ffa has custom maps but most of them are cack. I'd be willing to get of my **** and get some good ones, i've played some very good custom maps recently. better to add these one at a time, see if folk like them, then either leave them on or take em off. then add another one etc etc etc.
