    Don't know about Ohare, but Heathrow couldn't be simpler.

    If you are flying in via Aer lingus, you will follow flight connections which is a long walk ( 15mins! ) to the public arrivals area.
    Then just follow the signs for the Heathrow express which will lead you downstairs to the lifts, bringing you to the train.
    This will have came non stop from Paddington and will have one more stop and that is terminal four, which is probably where your flight will leave from.
    that train is free to there, but be sure and ask the people waiting at the platform , that you are at the right one for T4 otherwise, you'll end up in central London!
    Back through security you go again then and , to your gate.

    One tip I will give you though, if you have the time and the inclination, get yourself into the BA Terraces lounge, theres one in T4 and it's the Biz.
    Relaxer chairs galore, nice and quiet and all the food and drink you could want.
    {The Bar has every kind of Alcohol for free and self service}
    You get automatic entry with a BA business class ticket or a BA silver card ( I have one:D ) but , it may be possible, to pay them, to get in. I'm not sure. They have power showers there also.

    O Hare is the busiest airport in America hehe, but dont let that put u off. Ive been there 3 times, i flew twice direct from Dublin and once from Heathrow. U go from Terminal 1 in Dublin to Terminal 3 i think then take the tube to Terminal 4 (well posted again) in Heathrow , then u land at International Terminal 5 in O Hare. You go thru immigration there, its really simple and well posted. Just contact ur airline to make sure that u'll have time to connect ur flight to the US in Heathrow :) good luck.

    when u get to heathrow u should go straight to yur off and into the depatures lounge cuz the one for going to the US is really big and has loads of shops and restuarants. Outside of the departure lounges thereisn't really too many shops. But if u can get into the one of those terrace lounge places go there. They r sooo nice!! I got to go into one of them one time cuz i got a business class ticket. they really take the hassle out of all the waiting all that, cuz they r nice a quiet and u can just sit in one of the nice leather chairs and relax.its really nice!!:D
