If its a basic form (simply an email) check with your hosting provider to see if they have formmail on the server.

If so you will be able to get information by doing a search for formmail in google.

If your server runs asp - do a search for formmail.asp and you can get an asp version.

It really depends on how much detail you want to go into. Some free hosting providers will have dedicated scrripts and you may have to go looking for information on how to implement them.

If you can give us more details we may be able to help out more

As mentioned above looks like you just need to send off and email with the details. Does your host support java/jsp . If so tis simply done.......

Here's an easy to use form to mail script I wrote. It uses asp/vb but you don't need to know any to run it. Hidden form variables control the mail and instructions are included.

    Best of luck!

Probably the best script resource out there at the moment.
Looking for a form to mail script can be a little daunting, so you might want to add a few more features in your search or you'll be there all day.
