    Hey lads,

    Upgrading my ageing Passive Sub and was looking at the following 2.

    Yamaha YST-SW205
    Mission Subwoofer MS-8

    Anybody got any opinions about either of them?

    The Yamaha is supposed to be a great sub. Can you stretch the a REL Q50/100. Supposed to be the best.

    Anywhere in ireland sell them? Trying to avoid buying over the web because of the bulkyness/weight issue.

    Depends where you live. I'm in Galway so audiovision would be the best in this area. Richersounds are gone in dublin but you have hifi corner and a few others. Check the yellow pages.

    You might find that even with shipping it'll work out cheaper to pick one up in the UK. Check P&P costs.
