    Hi

    I bought a new motorbike this year from dearler in Dublin. It had a restrictor kit fitted by them [i'm only on a prov :(]. thing is I didnt get any documentation from them to say it has had the restrictor fitted.....is this some sort of standard cert that I should have been given ?

    Yes. You should have. The Garda may request this from you at some point.

    Get it from them. You paid at least €150 for your kit, so get it!
