    Its pretty simple. All you gotta do is tell us the song that you love playing drums to the most, or just a song that you love kickin back to and tappin away on your legs.

    At the moment im playing a Foo Fighter song, "Everlong", and i cant get enough of it. It has some fast hi-hat work, so im goin thru alot of sticks lately! Im also playin some Queens of the Stone Age. Notice the connection? Thats right, Dave Grohls trade mark drum beats. The mans a genius, I dont know how he comes up with some of the stuff.

    eh, Dave Grohl doesn't drum in the Foos!

    Yeah, not live, but he did the drums for the album "The Colour And The Shape", cos their drummer left during recording. Aparrent "artistic differences".

    It wasnt until they started touring that Hawkins joined the band, who (as an interesting note) just finished touring with non other than Alanis Morriset.

    ok people! i challange any drummer who hasas been playing drums for only a year to play no one knows by QOTSA its tough especially on a shi*tty hohner drumkit!!!1

    best songs have to be "i will survive" by gloria gaynor!! mmmmm disco!!!
    Fire by hendrix, with mitch mitchell, man he rocks!!
    here comes your man by the pixies, just for sheer playability!!!

    metal drumminjg sucks its all just basic 4's with loud hi-hats and white noise coming from some crappy china.

    you guys should listen to some melodys, not just hard guitar riffs. the melody makes the song and the drumming should fit in with that! which is not what takes place in metal, except for in flames anyone heard "the jesters last dance"?

    new topic.... top 3 drummers?
    1)John Bonham........ moby dick anyone?
    2)mitch mitchell
    3)dave grohl............... and jimmy chamberlin cos he rules.
    does anyone else think that blisters suck!!!! especially during gigs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ww)

    <make children, not war>

    and danny carey is a god! i mean, ticks and leeches! christ!

    also matrin lopez from opeth does a fantastic job! great timing switches, and his ambidextrousness to watch live is amazing!
